Associate - Investment Specialist - Multi Asset

As “Multi-Asset Investment Specialist (Client Reporting & Portfolio Analytics) Professional” within our “ Multi-Asset Solutions” team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare strategy presentations covering performance, market value, analytics, portfolio characteristics, and holdings
- Develop customized client presentations for Investment Specialist review meetings
- Analyze portfolios for positioning, analytics, and performance results
- Produce client performance reports and investment review materials for new and existing clients
- Draft performance commentaries highlighting key drivers
- Deliver regular client updates through pitchbooks and data-led reports
- Respond to ad hoc stakeholder queries with timely, accurate insights
- Implement new reporting requirements to support evolving client needs
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues to ensure accuracy and continuity
- Monitor portfolio guidelines and adherence across internal/external managed portfolios
- Coordinate with Sales, Consultants, and Requests for Proposal teams to meet business requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

- At least 4years of experience in asset management and investment banking support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data analysis and understanding data flows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong automation skills
- Proactive, positive approach with ability to learn concepts and procedures quickly
- Self-starter and solution-oriented; able to work independently and as a team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones
- Solid understanding of capital markets and familiarity with asset management; keen interest in market trends and dynamics

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

- Understanding of multi-asset solutions business
- Coding experience
- CFA/FRM candidature is an added advantage
