WE'RE HIRING: Spezialist Einkauf & Logistik (m/w/d)

- Procure technical materials, components, and services for our projects

- Clarify purchasing requirements, identify and select suppliers, and obtain and compare quotations

- Negotiate commercial terms, place purchase orders, and proactively monitor delivery schedules

- Build and maintain supplier relationships while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery performance

- Coordinate domestic transportation and deliveries; support international shipments when required

- Maintain purchasing, material, and supplier data accurately within the ERP system

- Collaborate closely with project teams, sales, finance, and other internal stakeholders

- Establish practical processes, responsibilities, and standards for procurement and logistics operations

- Completed commercial or technical education, or a comparable qualification

- Several years of purchasing experience, ideally within the industrial automation market

- Proven expertise in operational procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in working with ERP systems

- Structured, self-driven, and highly hands-on working style

- Enjoy building processes while actively contributing to day-to-day operations

- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; experience with international logistics and SAP S/4HANA is considered an advantage
