Job Title: Market Activation Specialist – CPGR

Location: France (remote)

Contract: Full Time

Job Summary:

Centric Software, a fast-growing, innovation-driven enterprise software company, is looking for a Market Activation Specialist to build Centric's visibility and voice across CPGR (cosmetics, personal care and formulated consumer goods) worldwide.

CPGR is a strategic industry for Centric, and competition for mindshare is real. Your job is to make sure Centric shows up, is heard, and is seen as a serious, credible player in every relevant CPGR conversation happening globally — online and in the industry's key moments.

This is a newly created Market Activation role, fully dedicated to digital market presence for CPGR worldwide. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Corporate Communications and Regional Marketing, with real autonomy to decide where and how Centric should show up.

This role is ideal for someone 1–2 years out of business school who wants ownership from day one — more curiosity and creative energy than deep CPGR domain expertise. We'll teach you the industry; we need you to bring the instinct for how markets pay attention.

What You'll Do:

1. Digital Market Activation

- Own worldwide digital market activation for CPGR — content, social and thought leadership across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

- Build and run an always-on content calendar to keep Centric visible in CPGR conversations globally.

2. Competitive Share of Voice

- Build Centric's visible presence in CPGR to directly counter competitor share of voice.

- Track CPGR market and competitor conversations globally, reacting and activating in real time.

3. Perception & Positioning

- Work to shift market perception, positioning Centric as a credible CPGR leader rather than a challenger.

- Partner with Product Marketing to translate CPGR-specific proof points and messaging into activation content.

4. Cross-Functional Orchestration

- Feed market and competitive signal back to Product Marketing and Sales on CPGR sentiment and positioning gaps.

- Coordinate with Corporate Communications on PR and analyst opportunities tied to CPGR.

What You Bring:

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school, marketing program or equivalent.

- Experience: Around 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, content or digital marketing (internships count); B2B, SaaS or tech exposure is a plus but not required.

- Digital fluency: Comfortable creating and activating content on LinkedIn and other social platforms; genuine curiosity about how online communities and conversations form.

- Languages: Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus given the worldwide scope.

- Soft Skills: High energy, curiosity and a bias for action. Comfortable creating things from scratch with limited playbook.

Key Performance Metrics:

- Share of voice for Centric versus named competitors in CPGR.

- Engagement and community growth across activated channels.

- Evidence of shifting market perception (sentiment, positioning recall).

- Quality and timeliness of competitive intelligence surfaced to Product Marketing and Sales.

Additional Details:

- Remote-first role based in France, with access to coworking spaces where available.

- Occasional travel for industry events.

- A newly created role — shaping the function as it's built.
