Working Student in Actuarial Risk Modelling at Allianz SE Reinsurance (m/f/d)

Who will you be joining?

This role offers you the opportunity to streamline processes and drive IT automation initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in risk modelling and reserving from a global reinsurance environment.

We are searching for a working student (m/f/d) for 15-20 hours/weekly.

How can you make an impact?

- Support on reserving and data preparation
- Support on various tasks in risk modelling
- Help identify and implement process improvements in existing workflows
- Contribute to IT automation initiatives, e.g., developing scripts or tools to enhance efficiency

What are you made of?

- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Mathematics, Computer science, Actuarial or other related fields
- Strong quantitative and analytical background
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, VBA, or SQL)
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with MS Access, Power BI, or similar data tools is a plus
- Fluent in English, German language skill is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- You are enrolled at a university during the contract period
- Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
