About this role
The Product Development Leader (PDL) leads product definition, design, development and validation from the RFQ phase through industrialization, PPAP, engineering changes and serial-production support. The role combines technical product ownership, cross-functional program leadership, customer and supplier interface, financial awareness, risk management, innovation and talent development. The PDL is accountable for delivering robust, manufacturable and cost-effective solutions that meet customer requirements, internal standards, timing and profitability objectives.
