We are looking for a Medical Solution Lead Dermatology NL who has a passion for creating impact for patients, to come and join our BeNeLux Medical Affairs Team, based in The Netherlands.
About the role
In this strategic medical role, you will translate medical strategy into meaningful solutions that support people living with dermatological conditions. Balancing human insight with scientific rigor, you are going to shape the local medical plan for the Netherlands and enable its thoughtful implementation. You will foster scientific integrity, address barriers, and adapt global content to local needs. Through ethical, compliant, and quality-focused collaboration, you will help create value for patients, healthcare professionals, and payers.
Who you will work with
You will join the Benelux Medical Affairs team and work closely with medical, marketing, commercial, market access, compliance, and regulatory colleagues. You are going to partner with scientific experts and patient organizations across the Netherlands, supported by colleagues who value openness, shared learning, and thoughtful challenge. Reporting to the Medical Immunology Lead you will contribute your perspective while learning from diverse expertise across local, regional, and European teams.
What you will do
- Adapt global medical solutions using local insights and available resources.
- Partner with external stakeholders on key projects that will drive meaningful patient value
- You will own collaborative medical initiatives, improving patient outcomes through timely, responsible delivery.
- Ensure materials remain compliant, scientifically accurate, and regularly updated.
- Partner with the Marketing Solution Lead to maintain high scientific standards.
- Provide scientific expertise for national and regional access initiatives.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
- Master’s or PhD in immunology, life sciences, or a related scientific field.
- Clear communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
- Work experience in a strategic Medical Affairs role combined with strong knowledge of the local healthcare compliance and pharmaceutical environment is required. Previous Launch experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of biological medicines in immunology; dermatology experience is advantageous.
- Influencing skills, demonstrated by building trust, staying consistent, and being assertive in a considerate way
- Experienced in leading projects and building trust through thoughtful communication.
