What you’ll do

AI & Innovation

- Explore practical applications of AI in a business environment
- Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes
- Support the integration of AI tools into existing processes
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends

Data & Analytics

- Develop interactive dashboards and management reports
- Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources
- Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support data-driven decision-making processes

Automation & Digital Transformation

- Identify opportunities for process automation
- Support the digitization of existing workflows
- Assist in implementing modern workflow solutions
- Help improve efficiency through technology-driven initiatives

Project Management & Business Support

- Contribute to cross-functional projects
- Assist in the preparation of business cases and concept documents
- Support presentations and materials for management discussions
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders

Your Profile:

Education

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

Technical Skills

Ideally, you have some experience with:

- AI tools and Large Language Models (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Power BI
- Python
- SQL
- Excel and data analysis

Personal Attributes

- Strong interest in technology and innovation
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Structured and organized way of working
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
