Role description
As a PPIC, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless production operations by balancing customer demand, production capacity, and material availability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize planning, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.
Your Mission
Production Planning – Develop effective production plans based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory & Material Control – Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain optimal inventory levels to support smooth production operations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to align production schedules and business priorities.
- Operational Efficiency – Monitor production performance, identify potential risks, and drive continuous improvements in planning and inventory management.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilize production, inventory, and demand data to optimize planning accuracy and support operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a PPIC or similar role.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willing to be based in Mojokerto, East Java.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, production planning, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MRP, MPS, inventory control, and production planning systems is preferred.
