Zur Verstärkung unseres europäischen Quality-Teams suchen wir einen Quality Distribution Manager (w/m/d) . In dieser regionalen Führungsrolle verantworten Sie die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems in Österreich und der Schweiz und übernehmen die fachliche Qualitätssteuerung für Polen, Ungarn und Tschechien.

Sie agieren als strategischer Partner für Operations, Commercial Teams und Kunden und treiben gleichzeitig die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Qualitätsstandards, Compliance und Prozessen innerhalb einer internationalen Matrixorganisation voran.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Verantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagementsystem in Österreich und der Schweiz sowie fachliche Steuerung der Quality-Aktivitäten in Polen, Ungarn und Tschechien
- Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Qualitätsstandards, Prozessen und Compliance-Anforderungen gemäß ISO 9001 und den geltenden lokalen regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Verantwortung für die Qualitätssicherung entlang der Distributions- und Logistikprozesse sowie Steuerung qualitätsrelevanter Themen mit internen und externen Partnern
- Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung von internen, externen und Zertifizierungsaudits sowie Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, CAPAs und Reklamationen
- Unterstützung strategischer Kunden bei Audits, Quality Agreements, Eskalationen und weiteren qualitätsrelevanten Themen
- Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Quality-Mitarbeitenden in der Region sowie Förderung einer nachhaltigen Qualitätskultur und standardisierter Qualitätsprozesse.
- Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern und Mitarbeit an europäischen Qualitätsinitiativen zur Harmonisierung von Prozessen und Standards

Das bringen Sie mit:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in einem naturwissenschaftlichen, technischen oder qualitätsrelevanten Bereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement innerhalb eines regulierten Umfelds, idealerweise in Distribution, Logistik, Pharma oder Chemie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von ISO 9001 sowie praktische Erfahrung mit Audits, CAPA-Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
- Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Teams weiterzuentwickeln und Veränderungen erfolgreich zu gestalten
- Erfahrung in internationalen Matrixorganisationen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Analysekompetenz sowie eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

Das Jahresbruttogehalt beträgt ab € 49.000. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
