About this role
This job role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable technology solutions that address business needs and improve operational efficiency across the organization. Key responsibilities include developing data engineering and automation solutions, building AI and Machine Learning applications, integrating Cloud and data platforms, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
The role requires strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Cloud technologies, data engineering, automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. The position focuses on leveraging technology and data to optimize processes, reduce operational costs, improve data reliability, and enable smarter and more efficient business operations.
- Develop and implement IT solutions to optimize business processes and address organizational needs, working closely with stakeholders across different business areas.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable, and efficient technical solutions .
- Develop and maintain data engineering solutions , including ETL processes, data pipelines, integrations, and data processing workflows.
- Design and implement process automation solutions using Python, Power Automate, APIs, and other relevant technologies.
- Develop and implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions , including Generative AI applications and integrations with large language models.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Python and SQL , as well as Cloud platforms and services.
- Contribute to data migration, integration, and modernization projects , ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, proposing solutions that contribute to cost reduction, increased productivity, and reduced manual activities .
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand business challenges, define requirements, develop solutions, and monitor results after implementation.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and maintainability of developed solutions through continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in Data, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and Automation , identifying opportunities to apply them to business needs.
- Support the documentation and continuous improvement of technical solutions, processes, and best practices.
