Job Description
Team background:
The U.S. Fintech Team is responsible for establishing, managing, and growing Visa’s relationships with a broad range of fintech clients across North America. The team partners with leading and emerging players across neobanks, brokerages, remittance providers, B2B and commercial fintechs, digital wallets, embedded finance platforms, BNPL providers, and crypto and digital asset companies. Our mandate is to help these clients scale by leveraging Visa’s network, products, and ecosystem while supporting innovation across payments and financial services.
Within the Fintech Team, the Consumer Fintech Partnerships team focuses specifically on deepening Visa’s existing partnerships across the U.S. consumer fintech ecosystem. We are the “growers” who manage fintech relationships within Visa, including neobanks, personal lending platforms, established remitter and brokerage platform as well as emerging players in the fintech ecosystem. The team also serves as a bridge between the market and Visa’s internal product and strategy teams, ensuring ecosystem insights inform go‑to‑market execution and product development.
As Manager, Account Executive - U.S. Consumer Fintech Partnerships, you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic growth accounts - emerging consumer fintech innovators spanning a range of about 10 digital finance platforms - with a particular focus on cross-border money movement and remittance partners alongside consumer issuing programs across debit, prepaid, credit, and even some small business.
This is a dedicated account management role - a "grower" focused on deepening and expanding Visa's relationship with a defined set of existing clients, not a hunter or net-new-logo business development role. Success is measured by renewal quality, expansion into new Visa products, and share-of-wallet growth within the assigned book.
You will help these high growth clients (including cross-border remitters, neobanks, micro-investing and wealth platforms, youth and family financial tools, and rewards card programs) to achieve their business goals and expand Visa's impact through renewals, new product launches, performance optimization, and operational execution across both their money-movement and issuing programs. These accounts require your consultative support and present opportunities to deliver measurable impact to Visa, their employees, owners, investors, and customers. You will convert momentum into annual revenue growth, ensuring timely sales cycles, with the close collaboration of product specialists from across Visa - including Visa Direct and other Cross-Border Solutions, Issuing Solutions, and Value-Added Services, acting as a central reference for the team to maintain client experience and revenue velocity.
You will report to the Head of US Consumer Fintech Partnerships.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

· Account management track record of growing existing client relationships - renewals, expansions, cross-sell, and share-of-wallet gains - rather than net-new-logo acquisition.
