- Value Reporting: Track and report on self-service BI solution delivery and the growth of Data Management Services to demonstrate the expanding value and scope of the team's work.
- Hands-On Technical Leadership: Stay hands-on with complex technical challenges across Data Warehouse/Lakehouse, BI, and Data Management Services work to unblock the team, guide architecture and design decisions, and model best practices.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Manage escalations and collaborate with other Data & Analytics teams, including the Data Hub Platform and Analytics Operations teams, to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Engineering Culture: Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and enterprise-minded solution development within the team.
