Opportunities for career advancement and skill development in community outreach, brand marketing, and public relations
Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a high-energy and professional Brand Mascot to join a company built on trust, accountability, and a commitment to exceptional service.
In this role, you'll wear our official Bone Dry Roofing dog mascot uniform/suit to represent our family-owned brand at local events, school visits, parades, and community outreach functions. You will play a key role in building real relationships, bringing joy, and helping people feel connected to a company that stands for trust and peace of mind.
As a Brand Mascot, you'll spend the majority of your time in the field traveling to community events and local partnerships, bringing energy and positivity through family-friendly interactions like waving, dancing, and posing for photos.
Bone Dry Roofing has earned a strong reputation by treating customers and employees with respect, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and always striving to do what's right. We believe our mascots are the spark and the extra degree of connection in the communities we serve, playing a critical role in spreading positivity across our market location.
This position offers a part-time schedule of 10 to 15 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes required weekend and evening events based on our community outreach calendar.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, authentic individual who enjoys engaging comfortably with event-goers of all ages—from toddlers to grandparents—in a fun and welcoming manner.
To be considered, candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be able to pass a background check, and meet the specific manufacturer sizing requirements of the mascot suit to ensure safety and proper mobility (Height: 5’5” to 5’8” with a slim build; Waist: 29” to 34”; Hips: 35” to 38”; Shoulders: 39” to 42”; Neck: Under 15”; Foot Size: Under size 11).
Additionally, candidates must be comfortable in confined spaces, able to stand or perform for long periods, and capable of withstanding heat inside the suit (mitigated by company-provided breaks and cooling packs). If you're looking for an opportunity to develop your career, spread smiles, and join a values-driven organization where community connection and integrity matter, we'd like to hear from you.
