Your responsibilities

•     Support in creation of robust interactive stakeholder Engagement plan, building process maps, Newsletters

•     Assist with Presentations, Newsletters, Monthly Reports, Local Webpage Creation & Updates

•     Monitor data capture accuracy on meetings technology tool

•     Coordinate with other functions on related areas (i.e. missing data, process gap, etc.)

Your profile

•      Fluency in English

•      Ability to work 20-40 hours per week.

•      Graduating in Q3 2027 or later

•      Advanced communication skills

•      Creativity, Independent and willingness to explore and research new ideas (think out of the box)

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, technical know-how for video and graphic creation/editing, process maps, etc.
