## Your mission, roles and responsibilities

We are seeking an engineer with a focus on product, process, and continuous improvement. Among its functions:

- Support the engineering department.
- Collaborate on process and product improvements.
- Support for process change management.
- Support for product change management.
- Monitoring of modifications to new installations or changes.
- Planning of technical resources for new launches and modifications.
- Providing technical advice on the process to other functional areas.

## Your profile and competencies to succeed

Required qualification:

- University Master's Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- University Master's Degree in Automotive Engineering
- University Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Other engineering degree programs.

Languages:

- Good level of written and spoken English, enabling fluent conversations.
- Good level of French will be valued
