About this role
Plan, communicate, and track the daily production plan, ensuring accurate data integration into the system and the optimization of available resources across the plant. Continuously monitor production output to ensure operational targets are met and to respond promptly to customer demands.
Development and communication of the production plan.
Ensuring adherence to the production plan to meet shipping windows. Management, maintenance, and integration of data in SAP to ensure accurate production planning and MRP execution.
Tracking engineering changes to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Meeting objectives established in performance metrics.
Managing finished goods inventory based on the organization's established KPIs. Developing a 12-to-18-week MRP plan in SAP, analyzing demand fluctuations and adjusting the plan accordingly.
Providing support and participating in the multidisciplinary team to address customer quality complaints or internal issues.
Collaborating to ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and energy management system requirements.
