About this role

At myPOS, we’re all about helping businesses grow and get paid. We make payments simple, smart, and accessible for everyone, but we’re more than just payment solutions – myPOS is a partner in growth. From free multicurrency accounts to powerful e-commerce tools, we’re here to support business owners of all sizes and everyone out there who dreams of starting their own business.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our UK team and play a key role in driving merchant acquisition and commercial growth across our European markets.

About the role

We're looking for a commercially minded Lead Generation Manager to own the strategy, performance and operational effectiveness of lead generation for our Inside Sales organisation across 11+ European markets.

Sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, you'll translate commercial growth objectives into actionable lead generation plans, ensuring Inside Sales teams have a consistent supply of high-quality leads aligned with their capacity and acquisition targets.

This is a hands-on role combining strategic planning, channel optimisation, commercial analytics and operational delivery. You'll work closely with Inside Sales leadership, Marketing and local market teams to improve lead quality, conversion and return on investment, with clear visibility into merchant acquisition and revenue outcomes.

What you'll do

- Lead Generation Strategy & Forecasting: Own multi-market lead generation strategies and roadmaps, translating annual and quarterly merchant acquisition targets into lead volume forecasts, sourcing plans and priorities aligned with commercial growth objectives.
- Lead Source Management & Optimisation: Manage and optimise lead generation across paid digital, content, partnerships, events, referrals and third-party providers; evaluate and scale new sources, improve underperforming channels, and oversee budgets, contracts and vendor relationships.
- Sales Alignment & Capacity Planning: Partner with Inside Sales leadership to forecast lead demand, assess team bandwidth and balance lead supply against sales capacity, while coordinating campaign schedules, expected volumes and market-specific requirements.
- Lead Quality & Funnel Management: Define lead qualification criteria, scoring methodologies and service level agreements (SLAs), working with Sales and Marketing to improve lead relevance, response times, routing and conversion throughout the acquisition funnel.
- Performance Analytics & ROI: Own lead-level tracking, dashboards and reporting across sources and markets, monitoring lead volumes, quality, conversion, cost efficiency and ROI; provide regular insights to Inside Sales leadership and the CMO, recommending channel and budget adjustments.
- Process Improvement & Cross-functional Delivery: Design and optimise lead management processes, including assignment, qualification and handovers; identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with Marketing, Inside Sales and local market teams to improve productivity, performance and scalability.

What you'll bring

- Lead Generation & Demand Generation Expertise: 5+ years' experience in lead generation, demand generation, marketing operations or Inside Sales support, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, payments or SMB-focused businesses.
- Multi-Channel Acquisition & Commercial Acumen: Proven experience managing and optimising lead generation across paid, organic, partnership, referral and event-based channels, with a strong understanding of acquisition economics, channel performance and revenue outcomes.
- Commercial Forecasting & Capacity Planning: Experience translating sales and growth targets into lead generation requirements, with an understanding of pipeline forecasting, sales capacity, lead supply and demand, and SLA management.
- Analytics & Performance Measurement: Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking lead quality, conversion funnels, cost per qualified lead and ROI, building performance dashboards and translating data into actionable commercial recommendations.
- CRM, Marketing Technology & Lead Operations: Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation and reporting platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo or similar, alongside a practical understanding of lead scoring, routing, qualification and workflow optimisation.
- Stakeholder Management & Operational Delivery: Proven ability to work across Sales, Marketing and commercial leadership, manage multiple markets and competing priorities, and communicate performance insights and recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Experience working across European markets or within a multi-market B2B go-to-market environment.
- Previous exposure to fintech, payment processing, merchant services, or third-party lead generation and affiliate/referral programmes.

What we offer

- Annual salary reviews, promotions, and performance bonuses
- myPOS Academy and unlimited LinkedIn Learning access
- Annual training and development budget
- 9% employer pension contribution
- Health insurance, dental insurance, and group life assurance
- Referral bonus and regular international team events
