The Retail Real Estate - Places Team is responsible for developing and implementing Apple Retail's store deployment strategy. As a key operational and analytical professional, you will thrive in a collaborative, complex, and fast-paced environment where forward-looking thought and attention to detail are paramount. Reporting to the Senior Real Estate Manager, you will provide essential administrative, financial, and operational support to drive day-to-day execution, monitor project timelines, and facilitate seamless communication with key stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience in real estate operations, project coordination, facilities administration, or high-level operational support.
Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate fluently and idiomatically in both written and verbal formats.
High proficiency in Keynote (for formatting standardized presentation decks) and Excel (for database management, rent tracking, and proforma analysis).
Exceptional multitasking capabilities with a proven ability to balance competing deadlines, manage intricate schedules, and support leadership.
Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in the retail real estate industry or experience working with premium brand developers.
