About this role
Principal Accountabilities:
- Performs massages according to policy and procedure
- Create SOAP notes in MindBody Software after each massage
- Has knowledge of other wellness services at the Chambers Center.
- May examine client and recommend other services and products to complement their chief complaint and goals.
- Attend all team meetings
- Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in treatment room throughout shift
- Other duties as assigned
Required:
1.Graduate of an accredited by the Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation massage therapy program with a minimum of 500 hours of training in massage therapy.
2.Nationally Certified or Board -Certified Massage and Body work Therapist having completed the National Certification Exam.
3. Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical setting
4. Additional certifications in 1 or more of the following areas are required: Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Oncology Massage, and Manual Draining Lymphatic Massage.
