Senior Project Engineer (Taoyuan)

Responsibilities:
- Act as the local technical interface between the Project Manager, customer, partners, and engineering teams for signaling system topics.
- Coordinate system engineering, requirements, interfaces, and technical deliverables across signaling, E&M, civil works, trackwork, rolling stock, and operations.
- Drive technical clarifications, interface workshops, actions, risks, and issue resolution.
- Support system integration, installation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
- Provide system-level input for project progress, changes, claims, and customer communications.
- Prepare technical documentation and recommendations, ensure alignment with System Managers and engineering teams, and escalate unresolved or safety-related issues appropriately.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of railway signaling experience with strong system integration, T&C, and international project coordination skills.
- Sound understanding of railway signaling, project engineering, systems engineering, interface management and system integration
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, develop practical solutions and explain them clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coordination skills, with the ability to bridge project, customer, and engineering perspectives
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and strong business English, both written and spoken
