 Support onboarding, job training, cross-training, and skills development through instruction, demonstration, and
constructive coaching.
 Communicate schedule priorities, process or equipment changes, material concerns, and other information needed for
safe and effective shift execution.
 Support the production schedule by prioritizing work, minimizing avoidable downtime, confirming needed
tools/materials are available, and identifying risks to output or on-time delivery.
 Review work orders, travelers, drawings, specifications, and production documentation; provide first-level technical
troubleshooting and escalate unresolved engineering, quality, material, equipment, or process issues.
 Reinforce safe work practices, PPE requirements, housekeeping, and company policies; stop and report unsafe
conditions or practices.
 Monitor work-in-process for conformance to drawings, specifications, workmanship standards, required inspections,

job information, labor activity, operation status, and related records.
