The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious client site. This is a unique opportunity to work within a high-profile corporate environment where you will be responsible for providing security excellence and exceptional client service.

As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, you will combine traditional security responsibilities with front-of-house concierge duties, helping to create a welcoming, safe and professional environment at all times.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

- Providing a visible and professional security presence throughout the site
- Delivering outstanding front-of-house and concierge services to clients, visitors and employees
- Managing visitor arrivals, access control and reception duties
- Conducting regular patrols and security inspections of the premises
- Monitoring CCTV, alarms and security systems
- Responding promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies and customer enquiries
- Managing deliveries, contractors and visitor appointments
- Maintaining accurate records and incident reports
- Supporting the client's business continuity and health & safety procedures

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Valid SIA Licence
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
- Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
- Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
- Resilient and pro-active in your work
