Body Shop Technician Description
Our company is known for our reputation of delivering excellence, which in our Collision Center begins with our Body Technicians ability to reconstruct and repair everything from minor dents and dings to major damage to our customers vehicles.
Qualifications
The ideal Body Technician is detail oriented and patient in their approach to repair, checking every angle to be sure damage is properly repaired.
They are proficient operating alignment machines as well as dent removal tools, grinders, sanders and other necessary tools for repairing body panels.
They know, understand and comply with the guidelines of the EPA and OSHA.
They should have at least a year of previous and preferably be ICAR certified, although it is not required.
Our company uses many different technologies and our Body Technicians are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (IE: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites.
This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable records check.
