“I can succeed as a Product Manager Lead.”
As a Product Manager Lead within the American Funds Service Group (AFSG), you will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of products and capabilities that create meaningful outcomes for clients, associates, and the business. Working closely with business, technology, operations, and product partners, you will help define and execute product roadmaps that align customer needs, business priorities, and operational goals.

As part of AFSG’s evolving product operating model, you will help shape product priorities, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and support effective planning and execution. You will partner with stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, manage dependencies, navigate risks, and make informed trade-offs that advance product goals.
With a collaborative and customer-focused approach, you will work across teams to solve complex problems, drive continuous improvement, and deliver product outcomes that support business objectives.
