- Cross-Departmental Spend Optimization: Identify and optimize leverage spend opportunities across departments for both the US and Canada, Sephora Global, and LVMH to reduce total costs for the broader business while supporting the Director of Strategic Sourcing with broader retail operations and facilities requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strategic Sourcing Experience: Proven success with 5+ years across end-to-end strategic sourcing engagements.
- Retail Category Expertise: 5+ years of sourcing experience with retail store and facilities categories across goods and services (preferably with a North American retail store organization).
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Operations preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Negotiation & Agreement Mastery: Experience in negotiating enterprise agreements typical of assigned categories (such as master services agreements and statements of work) in a timely manner.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced analytics, Excel, PowerPoint presentation, data visualization, and sourcing tools skills, alongside hands-on experience with employee collaboration, procure-to-pay, e-RFX, and contract lifecycle management software.
- Stakeholder & Project Management: Excellent project and timeline management skills with a proven track record of cost reduction, productivity improvements, and building strong cross-functional relationships.
