We are seeking a skilled and passionate Manager to oversee our Old Trail Pizza Company. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality. This role requires a strong understanding of culinary techniques and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives with precision and care.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza recipes or variations based on seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
- Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.

- Proficient knife skills for efficient food preparation.
- Strong culinary background with experience in the food industry, particularly in pizza cooking.
- Knowledge of fine dining standards and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in catering is a plus, with an understanding of dietary department needs.
- Creative mindset for menu planning and developing new pizza offerings.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
