MCCF: Seller Support Associate, Seller Partner Support, Multi Channel Commerce Fullfilment

Description

The Multi-Channel Commerce Fulfillment (MCCF) Seller Support Associate serves as the crucial interface between Amazon and our business partners, supporting sellers who utilize Amazon's fulfillment services for their off-Amazon sales channels. This role is responsible for MCF, Buy with Prime (BwP) and ASCS support, providing expert assistance to sellers leveraging Amazon's fulfillment capabilities across off-Amazon sales channels (like Shopify).

Key job responsibilities
• Navigate and excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple seller inquiries through Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), Buy with Prime (BwP) and ASCS (Amazon Supply Chain Services) operations via Seller Central, Supply Chain Portal, Buy with Prime Merchant Console and ASCS Console
• Provide comprehensive Buy with Prime support, including integration guidance, troubleshooting, and operational assistance to ensure sellers can successfully offer Prime benefits on their own websites
• Provide MCF support including onboarding, catalog uploads, troubleshooting, listings, products, inventory questions, and PO (Purchase Order) processes for bulk inventory sent to MCF
• Support top-tier MCF and ASCS managed merchants with high-quality case handling
• Quickly adapt to new processes, tools, and business requirements while maintaining high-quality support standards and meeting SLAs
• Follow dedicated support paths and processes specific to both MCF and Buy with Prime program requirements
• Work closely with program managers to implement new initiatives while maintaining daily operational excellence
• Demonstrate flexibility in handling evolving business needs, new information, and process changes while maintaining performance metrics

Basic Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Graduate- full time (complete)

Preferred Qualifications

- Track record of ownership and bias for action & AI Knowledge
- Must be a part of SPS (Seller Partner Support) and have SPS Knowledge
- Demonstrated expertise in FBA, Catalog/Feeds, and Merchant operations
