###

Mastercard is a global technology company in the payments industry, connecting and powering an inclusive, digital economy by making transactions safe, simple, smart, and accessible.

The Global Reach Partner Program (GRPP) enables issuers to expand into new markets without a local license through a compliant, reverse-solicitation model. As the program scales, there is a clear opportunity to evolve the issuing model into a more robust, product-led platform that supports global growth at scale.

We are looking for a product manager to help support this evolution and own the execution and operationalization of strategic Global Reach product initiatives, with a focus on strategic insights, product integrity, governance, and commercialization tooling.

This role will help scale the program by improving visibility, monitoring, and operational effectiveness across the Global Reach portfolio. As the Manager, Product Management, Global Card Programs, you will partner with the team to transform an initial program into a fully realized platform.

• Manage governance and project management activities to drive operational excellence
• Enable commercialization by developing sales enablement and marketing materials
• Develop new go-to-market models for Global Reach (e.g., Localized, Hybrid)
• Create a product implementation guide to support customer onboarding with clearly defined product criteria, eligibility and rules for each go-to-market model
• Assess implications on value propositions (e.g., card benefits) with global reach and inform strategies to ensure Mastercard continues to offer differentiated, competitive offerings to customers

All About You
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating it into clear direction
• Strong project management experience and highly organized
• Strong communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
• Able to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex problems
• Creative and solution-oriented, with a track record of challenging the status quo
• Self-starter with strong ownership and a bias for execution

Why this role matters
Global Reach Issuing is redefining how our customers expand internationally. Success in this role will unlock new growth opportunities for our customers and strengthen Mastercard’s position at the center of global commerce.
