About Our Family

We’re a busy, active family of six with three kids at home, all involved in sports, one in college, and our lovable 100-pound dog! With one parent running multiple businesses and the other managing the day-to-day rhythm of family life, there’s always something happening. We’re also in an exciting season of preparing to transition into a new home and looking forward to creating systems that help everything run smoothly.

We have an established support team, including a housekeeper and occasional organizational help, and are excited to welcome a dedicated House Manager who can take ownership of household operations and grow with us long-term. Our hope is to find someone who can help lighten the mental load, taking those never-ending to-do lists out of our heads and turning them into solutions. We prioritize healthy living, primarily gluten-free meals, and fresh, organic ingredients.

Above all, we value a thoughtful, proactive professional who brings organization, efficiency, and a calm presence to our home. We envision this as a long-term partnership with room to grow and evolve, potentially expanding into support for our family businesses down the road if there's mutual interest.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You’re a resourceful, highly organized self-starter who loves creating order and making life easier for our family. You naturally anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and take pride in keeping a household running seamlessly behind the scenes. You understand that the greatest value you bring is taking things off our plates before we even have to ask, helping us spend less time managing the details and more time enjoying family life.

You're a strong communicator who knows when to check in and when to take initiative without needing constant direction. You’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling a variety of responsibilities, from coordinating vendors and managing household systems to jumping in for light meal prep during a particularly busy week.

Above all, you bring a warm, professional presence and are excited to build a lasting relationship with our family where your role can evolve alongside our needs, with potential opportunities to take on business-related responsibilities in the future.
