What You'll Do

- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome customers, answer questions, assist with concerns, and help make every visit a great experience.
- Support Our Sales Team: Help customers with membership questions, account updates, and membership applications while supporting our sales team.
- Guide Vehicles Safely: Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, watch for potential vehicle concerns, and follow all safety procedures.
- Keep the Site Looking Great: Clean and maintain vacuum areas, tunnels, parking lots, windows, and customer amenities.
- Assist with Equipment Maintenance: Monitor chemical levels, refill supplies, perform routine preventative maintenance as trained, and report equipment issues.
- Support Daily Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, operate the point-of-sale system, and complete assigned checklists and tasks.
- Be a Team Player: Work alongside coworkers and management to keep the location clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
- Bring the WOW Factor: Show initiative, maintain a positive attitude, and help deliver the customer experience Waves is known for.

What We're Looking For

- Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
- Friendly, professional communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to being a reliable team member.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Able to stay active and perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- A team player who is willing to help wherever needed.
