WOCAP, a local non-profit organization, is seeking qualified candidates for our Child Development Services Associate Director.

The Child Development Services Associate Director will provide leadership and direction in the planning and implementation of the Head Start/Early Head Start Programs and is responsible for integrating programs services with other Agency programs and the community.
The Child Development Services Associate Director is responsible for the adherence of Head Start/Early Head Start Performance Standards, ODJFS Licensing Laws and WOCAP Personnel policies and procedures. Additionally, this person will provide training to all employees as needed, and will prepare, implement, and monitor budgets and finance with the Child Development Services Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Executive Officer.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development, Public Administration or related field, a minimum of five-year’s experience as an administrator of social services preferred, supervisory experience, excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to assist and relate to diverse population.

MUST be able to pass drug screen and background check. Valid Ohio driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and privately-owned vehicle during working hours.
