The Role.
Let’s make moves! We are looking for a DSCR Branch Manager to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a DSCR Branch Manager at Revolution Mortgage, you’ll operate a retail office by managing the profit and loss (P&L) of the business, implement pricing strategy, and develop short and long term strategic planning, implement policies and procedures, and oversee training programs for branch employees. DSCR Branch Manager will originate and close DSCR loans only. The key role in this position is to increase the value of employee output and maximize the company’s profitability through high standards and clearly defined goals.
What you’ll be doing.
- Implement pricing strategies based on short- and long-term strategic plans
- Review, evaluate, and set financial goals by creating and evaluating P&L statements
- Measure effectiveness of policies and procedures implemented within the branch
- Determine cost-saving measures with P&L statements and identify trends within the company and market, including public and competition information.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of changing rules, regulations, and guidelines, as well as other investors and agencies
- Close DSCR loans only
- Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities at the highest level of management with the help of subordinate managers
- Build rapport and growth strategies with branch employees and establish guidelines and goals
What we are looking for
- 2+ years mortgage branch management with proven results
- Prior experience managing P&L is required
- NMLS Mortgage Originator’s license optional
- Ability to meet and pass all state certifications, requirements, and tests
- Knowledge of mortgage industry, DSCR, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines, and related mortgage systems such as loan origination software
- Self-motivation, entrepreneurship, and enthusiasm to lead a sales team
