Costing, Quality & Compliance
- Lead production cost negotiations with factories, building on the initial prices obtained in development and delivering target margins while protecting quality and long-term partnerships.
- Manage the impact of duties, tariffs, freight and currency on landed cost, and advise on country of origin strategy.
- Set and uphold quality standards in bulk production, working with Technical Design and factory or third-party QC teams on inspections and corrective action.
- Ensure vendors and factories meet the brand's social, environmental and sustainability compliance requirements.
- Manage and negotiate lead times, minimums, and margins.
