Brands to love, Careers to last.

Why You Should Join Us

Molson Coors has been bringing people together over a cold beer for more than 200 years. Our brands include Coors, Carling, Madri Excepcional, Blue Moon, Staropramen, Doom Bar, Aspall and Rekorderlig. We operate in over 100 countries, with 16,000 colleagues who care about great beer, responsible drinking and a more sustainable future.

As a People First organisation, we’re happy to discuss flexible working options.

What You’ll Do

Our Finance Future Leaders Programme is tailored for ambitious graduates who are eager to become the Finance leaders of tomorrow. Over a three-year period, you will have the opportunity to work within our finance functions, holding a minimum of 3 roles, gaining practical experience in all aspects of Finance Operations.

You’ll apply this newfound knowledge to fast-track your preparation for a future leadership role, whether in Finance or the broader business. Over time, you’ll gain a wide range of experience and skills - both technical and leadership-focused - while receiving support to pursue a professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA or CIMA. This combination of practical experience and professional certification will help you build a strong foundation for success.

Who We’re Looking For

You're curious, collaborative and keen to learn. You don't need finance experience, just genuine interest. You should:

- Have (or be about to complete) a degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics or related subject and have graduated by September 2027.
- Be happy to travel or relocate within the UK for part of the programme.
- This opportunity is designed for individuals at the start of their career journey who have limited work experience.

Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. We hire for potential.

The Hiring Process

- Apply online with your CV.
- Complete a short online task-based assessment.
- Take a video interview.
- Join us for an in-person Discovery Day at our Burton on Trent head office in March 2027.
