- Develop and strengthen relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, HR business partners, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative recruiting support.
- Prioritize and close searches against tight timelines while balancing multiple requisitions and meeting agreed customer service level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize benchmarks and metrics to track recruiting performance, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, staffing percentages, and aging requisitions, and adjust strategies based on data.

- Experience recruiting for operations, logistics, transportation, warehousing, or field-based roles.
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and close multiple searches against tight timelines while meeting customer SLAs.
- Strong candidate generation skills and the ability to build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
- Solid client and account management capabilities, including partnering with business leaders and hiring managers.
- Metrics-driven approach to recruiting, with experience tracking and using data such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, staffing percentages, and aging requisitions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling high-volume requisitions and candidate activity.
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate pushback, maintain a sense of urgency, and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Ability to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, roll up your sleeves, work hard, and maintain a positive, results-oriented approach.
