- Drive quality improvements with Production, Quality Engineering, and Quality Control teams to strengthen part quality and process performance.
- Lead or support task force teams while applying continuous improvement and change management practices to improve process stability.
- Analyze process performance, part quality, and equipment downtime to identify priorities and recommend effective countermeasures.
- Provide daily process support to production and maintenance teams to promote safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
- Apply structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes, implement countermeasures, measure results, and sustain improvements.
- Build productive customer relationships through regular meetings, clear communication, and timely resolution of quality or production concerns.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 1+ years of relevant professional experience, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in manufacturing or process engineering in place of a degree.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations, process improvement, or production engineering activities.
- Demonstrated experience identifying root causes, implementing countermeasures, and evaluating results.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, production, maintenance, and other manufacturing teams.
- Flexibility to support overtime, weekend work, and production shutdown periods as needed.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% as needed.
