Primary Purpose:

The ChemCare Price and Cost Operations Supervisor leads a team of specialists responsible for maintaining accurate customer pricing and vendor cost data within SAP. This role focuses on coaching, developing, and supporting team members while building strong partnerships with Strategic Pricing, Product Management, Commercial teams, and functional departments within the Shared Services Organization. The supervisor oversees the execution of pricing and cost management processes, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Working closely with the Price and Cost Operations Manager, this position helps drive business growth, supports continuous process improvement, and ensures all activities are conducted in accordance with company safety, compliance, and ethical standards

What You'll Do:

- Supervise Daily Team Operations, Manage Workload, Monitor Productivity, Provide Coaching and Training, Conduct Performance Management Activities

- Manage Escalated Issues, Diagnosis, and Solution

- Metrics Reporting, Audit Activities, and Team Results Communication to Key Stakeholders and Leadership

- Process Optimization, Collaboration With Product Management, Sales, and Functional Teams

What You'll Need:

- Demonstrated Ability and Desire To Lead and Supervise Employees

- Demonstrated Experience Leading and Supporting Process Improvement Initiatives Involving Major Enterprise Platforms (SAP, Salesforce)

- Demonstrated Ability To Flex and Satisfy Tactical and Strategic Needs Of The Business, While Working Independently

- Proven Leadership Ability In Changing Environment

- Proficiency In MS Office and SAP
