WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Internal Coordination:
Generate warehouse transfer orders (STO) for RDC and export distribution.
- Monitor warehouse SKU availability and target fulfillment based on demand planning.
- Ensure timely shipment of new product developments (NPD) in coordination with Customer Service and Distribution Planning.
- Create loading plans in Excel to streamline manual processes.
- Monitor STO progress and input confirmed ETD from Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) into the system (SAP).
- New Product Development (NPD) Project Execution:
Receive orders, confirm production readiness, plan shipment schedules according to customer requests and communicate with customers.
- Coordinate with the global team for export orders, confirmation, issues, and inventory management.
- Determine container allocation based on weight/volume.
- Process Improvement:
Create loading plans in Excel to streamline manual processes.
- Administration Improvements and Supports:

- Monitor STO progress and input confirmed ETD from Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) into the system (SAP).
- Compliances:
Manage, monitor, and report on Delivery.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant function.
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with Project Management principles, including the stages and procedures of the Product Development process.
- Good understanding of Packaging Development processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of SAP and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
