Position Summary:
Position supports the Regulatory Manager as part of the Controlled Substance Monitoring Program by maintaining the control product compliance aspect such as Suspicions Order Monitoring System for controlled products (SOMs); Import/Export of Control Product; C2 Form/CSOS Completion; Maintaining missing control product notifications/forms; Product Verification; Customer Medi Audits; etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting/Maintaining due-diligence and reviewing orders within SOMs system.
- Communication with dedicated Customer/Clients regarding controlled substance distribution
- Communication with internal teams to assist with customer related controlled substance requests
- Creating/Maintaining 222 forms and CSOS records
- Creating/Monitoring Narcotic customer sales orders within SAP
Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
Business Experience –
- Typically requires a minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Computer knowledge, fluent in Microsoft Office but able to learn other programs easily

- Strong writing skills

- Traditional office environment.
