The Procurement Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing procurement, supplier, and part-cost data to support business decision-making. The role will develop and maintain reports and dashboards, coordinate with buyers and other stakeholders, and identify opportunities to automate and improve existing processes. The position requires effective collaboration across global and cross-cultural teams, strong customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities. Candidates should be comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications and analytical tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense. Flexibility to work different shifts based on business requirements is required.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas, data analysis, and macros.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience collecting, consolidating, validating, and analyzing large or complex datasets.
- Experience developing business reports and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of visualization and automation tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, and/or Power Automate .
