Quality Lab Technician

Job Title: Quality Lab Technician Job Description Join our team as a Quality Lab Technician, working on a 3rd shift 2-2-3 schedule. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety before they reach the market. Your contributions will directly impact product conformance, performance, and claims. Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze product samples.
- Conduct daily product testing.
- Document and communicate test results using customer specifications and advise on quality matters.
- Prepare corrective actions based on test results.
- Complete daily environmental and water testing.
- Assist with calibrating and preparing the HPLC.
- Conduct autoclave and allergen testing.
- Perform titration, sulfuric acid, caustic, and Vitamin C verification.
- Assist lab technicians with line quality and CO2 delivery receipt testing.
- Complete Quality & Food Safety paperwork.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.85 - $22.85/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
