About this role

Description

At Trident Anesthesia Group, the work behind the scenes matters just as much as the care delivered at the bedside. We’re an independent, physician-owned anesthesia practice with deep roots in the Charleston community and a team that supports one another in serving patients across the Lowcountry.

Join a collaborative, hands-on administrative team where your skills make a visible difference. As our company grows, we’re looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy helping others succeed, and want to be part of a group that values reliability, initiative, and genuine teamwork.

We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Payroll & Administrative Coordinator to provide payroll and accounting support, along with credentialing and general administrative assistance. Payroll and accounting are the primary focus of this position; credentialing and administrative tasks are secondary.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with accurate, timely payroll processing and related recordkeeping.
- Provide accounting support, including data entry, invoice and expense processing, account documentation, and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized and accurate electronic and paper records.
- Support provider credentialing by tracking applications, licenses, certifications, expirations, and required documentation.
- Help coordinate credentialing submissions and follow up with providers, facilities, and other contacts for outstanding information.
- Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, document preparation, and filing.
- Communicate professionally, follow through on requests, and meet deadlines.
- Handle payroll, financial, personnel, and credentialing information confidentially.
- Perform other duties that support the administrative team.
