Marketing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY : The Marketing Specialist manages marketing projects from concept to completion, coordinating creative assets, communications, social media content, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

1. Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and 
aligned with company objectives. 
2. Develop, design, produce, and distribute print and digital marketing materials while maintaining brand standards. 
3. Create, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content while managing the company’s social media content calendar. 
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, store personnel, manufacturers, vendors, and other partners to support corporate 
and store-level marketing initiatives. 
5. Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social media, email, web, and event 
channels. 
6. Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing objectives. 
7. Support photography, video, and content creation efforts for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, events, and 
promotions. 
8. Assist with the planning and promotion of company events, trade shows, open houses, and community engagement 
activities. 
9. Maintain marketing assets, templates, and brand resources to ensure consistency across all marketing communications. 
10. Assist in the selection and ordering of company apparel and promotional items. 
11. Stay current on marketing, design, and social media trends and best practices. 
12. Perform other marketing-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field 
preferred.

- Two or more years of professional marketing, communications, or related experience.

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and experience managing content across major social media platforms.

- Experience with or the ability to quickly learn email marketing, CRM, content management, and marketing 
automation platforms.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience creating photo, video, and digital content for marketing, social media, or communications initiatives is 
preferred.
