Role Objectives

- Act as the primary financial planning and analysis (FP&A) partner to Front Office leadership, supporting revenue planning, deal economics, booking assumptions, and performance attribution. Incorporate risk considerations into Front Office decision-making, including downside scenarios, sensitivity analysis, and stress impacts on revenue, margins, and capital usage.

- Partner with business leaders to evaluate pricing, volume, and structural trade-offs using risk-adjusted metrics (e.g., contribution margin volatility, downside exposure, return variability).

- Support earnings, business reviews, and executive forums with analytically rigorous narratives covering performance, outlook, key risks, and mitigating actions.

- Lead execution of annual planning, budgeting, and monthly forecasting cycles with embedded quantitative forecasting techniques and assumption governance.

- Develop and maintain driver-based financial models linking pipeline, bookings, revenue recognition, cost behavior, and capacity constraints.

- Perform advanced variance analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling to identify structural vs. transient performance drivers.

- Define and monitor KPIs and benchmarks across products, segments, and geographies, with explicit linkage to risk exposure and volatility.

- Partner with Risk, Treasury, and Controllers to assess financial risks, model assumptions, and forecast sensitivities across economic and business scenarios. Identify, quantify, and communicate key financial risks, dependencies, and second-order impacts to senior management.

- Support stress testing and downside analyses relevant to Front Office activity, earnings volatility, and balance-sheet implications. Strengthen controls, documentation, and review processes around models, assumptions, and reporting outputs.

- Lead FP&A involvement in the design and enhancement of planning and reporting infrastructure, including data models, consolidation logic, and dashboards.

- Assess data quality and model integrity across booking systems, revenue attribution, and management reporting; drive remediation and transformation initiatives.

- Provide analytical leadership for major system migrations, booking model transitions, and adoption of new planning or risk-aware analytics tools.

- Apply advanced Excel modeling, statistical techniques, and automation to improve forecasting accuracy, scalability, and transparency. Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Python, SQL, and Microsoft AI-enabled applications to reduce manual effort and error risk. Develop reusable modeling frameworks and standardized analytical templates to support consistent, risk-aware decision-making.

- Enhance reporting efficiency while maintaining strong governance and auditability. Lead and develop FP&A team members, setting high standards for analytical rigor, modeling discipline, and risk awareness.

- Build strong partnerships across Front Office, Risk, Treasury, Controllers, and Technology teams. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, balancing commercial objectives with financial discipline, risk management, and governance.
