basic qualifications:
- # High school diploma or GED
- # Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience
- # Familiarity with protective relays, motor starters, and variable frequency drives
- # Knowledge of AC/DC motor control, PLC programming, and industrial automation
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Physical Demands: This is primarily a warehouse environment position. Sitting, standing and possibly heavy lifting may be required. Temperature conditions will vary with the outside environment.

preferred qualifications:
- # Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) – Electrical
- # OSHA 30‑hour General Industry.
- # Journeyman Electrician or equivalent
- # Relevant technical, vocational, or military training certificates
- # Electrical and Controls diagnostic training certification.
- Must have the aptitude to troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret equipment schematics, hydraulic circuits, control circuits, single-line electrical drawings, and piping and instrumentation diagrams.
- Ability to research and identify parts via equipment drawings
- Ability to communicate effectively; both written and orally.
- Strong PC skills; ability to navigate and use CMMS, SAP ERP system, and manufacturing execution system (MES)
- Basic metal fabrication skills; use of power tools, cutting torch, stick welder, saws, and knee mill.
