What You'll Do as a Sales Associate
- Create an exceptional buying experience by presenting and demonstrating vehicle features, benefits, and technology.
- Build lasting customer relationships through phone calls, emails, internet leads, and in-person interactions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Present pricing options, negotiate professionally, and help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay current on Subaru products, features, technology, and industry developments.
- Represent Heritage Subaru Catonsville with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- A motivated self-starter with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Sales, retail, hospitality, or other commission-based experience is preferred.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- A valid driver's license.
