Broadridge is hiring a Vice President, Domestic Settlements with deep Fed settlements expertise and demonstrated experience in DTC settlements.

Reporting to the Head of Settlements, this leader will oversee assigned domestic settlements operations within Broadridge Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), delivering reliable client service, strong operational controls, and sustainable business performance. The role requires an experienced industry leader who can strengthen operational execution, develop leadership capability, and drive improvements across a complex, deadline-driven settlements environment.

In this role you will:

- Strengthen operational stability: Assess operational performance, identify root causes of recurring issues, and execute improvements that strengthen service consistency, management oversight, and business continuity.
- Own operational risk and controls: Oversee settlement exceptions, fails management, buy-ins where applicable, cash and securities reconciliations, and exposures arising from unsettled transactions. Establish clear escalation protocols and ensure timely resolution of material risks.
- Lead critical escalations: Direct the response to significant settlement disruptions and client issues, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, communicating resolution plans, and ensuring corrective actions prevent recurrence.
- Manage senior client relationships: Serve as a senior operational contact for assigned clients, lead service reviews, address complex concerns, and translate client needs into effective operating solutions.
- Set strategy and performance expectations: Establish priorities, operating standards, and performance measures across assigned teams. Use service, risk, capacity, and quality metrics to drive accountability and informed decisions.
- Develop leaders and strengthen coverage: Coach managers and emerging leaders, build succession plans, and expand cross-training across Fed and DTC settlements to reduce key-person dependency and improve coverage flexibility.
- Oversee workforce and financial planning: Partner with leadership, HR, and Finance on staffing, resource allocation, recruitment, performance management, and compensation planning within approved budgets.
- Drive modernization: Sponsor and prioritize automation, workflow simplification, and technology enhancements. Partner with technology teams to deliver measurable improvements in controls, efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
- Maintain effective governance: Ensure teams follow applicable Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal control requirements. Maintain clear documentation, training, and ownership of remediation actions.
- Support business growth: Provide operational expertise for prospective client discussions, service expansions, and transitions, ensuring commitments are supported by appropriate capacity, controls, and execution plans.
- Partner across the organization: Work with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, HR, and other operational leaders to resolve cross-functional issues and advance business priorities.
