Finance Manager

Position Overview

There is an opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group! Quirk Auto is excited to announce that we currently have an opening as a Finance Manager. The Automobile Finance manager sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; qualifies buyers and closes the sale.

We are seeking inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed.

Key Required Proficiencies:

- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties, and services

- Attends to customer, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained

- Ability to work through all current finance processes including lease and bank approvals

- Audits all appraisals of trade-in vehicles

- Ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintained

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Automotive Sales (3 years required)

- Strong negotiation skills

- Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests

- Establish and maintain relationships with customers

- Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results

- Strong computer skills

- Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn

- Flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends

Benefits offered:
