We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at our 1532 W. Champlost Street, Philadelphia, PA 19141 location.

Earn $32.78/hr.!

This role is Monday - Friday 8a - 4p.

Position Details

Under the guidance of the Program Director, the LPN will provide for the well-being of the individuals being served within the EAC. Administer medications and therapeutic treatment orders. Train residents in self-administration of medications. Monitor and document weight, respiration, and blood pressure. Participate in leading and co-leading therapeutic groups. Documentation and reporting of all necessary records and progress notes. Provide a framework for a safe learning experience in the environment. Provide information, guidance, and foster growth and development. Facilitate implementation of the specific program and individual routines while serving as a role model for staff. Compliance and enforcement of all established agency policies and those delineated by the State and County regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program.

- Current license as LPN in Commonwealth of PA.

- Must be able to work with adults with mental disorders.

- Must have a minimum of one year of experience with adults.

- Must attend required pre-service and ongoing training.

- Must provide proof of LPN certification renewals.
