- Exposure to design-build project delivery is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning and documentation.
- Clear, professional communication skills with field teams, project management, and executives.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.

Recruiter cheat sheet

PM:
$15M-$20M+ GC projects Multifamily Budget/forecast ownership Team leadership Can independently run the job

Super:
Multifamily Runs the field Manages subs Owns schedule Microsoft Project/computer savvy Doesn't need PE support

The key correction here was bringing the specific project pipeline front and center, because that's both a strong candidate selling point and one of the easiest ways for Josh to qualify whether someone's past project experience actually lines up.
